Description

Servicii de deszapezire - Prevenire şi combatere a lunecuşului şi înzăpezirii pe drumurile judeţene – judeţul Galaţi, perioada 2023 - 30 aprilie 2024:
Valoarea propusă pentru achiziţie de servicii de "Prevenire şi combatere a lunecuşului şi înzăpezirii pe drumurile judeţene – judeţul Galaţi” este:
-Perioada data semnare acord cadru (2023) ÷30.04.2023 - Vmin = 732.842,5+TVA, Vmax = 1.623.167,5+TVA.
-Perioada 1 noiembrie 2023 ÷ 31 martie 2024 - Vmin = 2.844.191+TVA, Vmax = 5.646.340+TVA.
Se vor încheia patru contracte de servicii subsecvente la acordul cadru de servicii după cum urmează:
1. C1(data semnare acord cadru÷30.04.2023), Vmin = 732.842,5+TVA, Vmax = 1.623.167,5+TVA.
2. C2(01.11.2023÷31.12.2023),Vmin = 732.842,5+TVA, Vmax = 1.623.167,5+TVA.
3. C3(01.01.2024÷30.04.2024), Vmin = 2.111.348,5+TVA,Vmax = 4.023.172,5+TVA.
- Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari intr-un termen ce nu va depasi 20 zile pana la data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
- Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde o singura data la toate solicitarile de clarificari cu 11 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor .
