Description

Zakázka je zadávána v jednacím řízení s uveřejněním.
Předmětem plnění Veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky elektrické energie na napěťové hladině vysokého napětí odpovídající hodnotě 1 až 52 kV (52 kV včetně) do odběrných a předacích míst (dále jen „OPM“) zadavatele, s převzetím závazku dodavatele odebírat elektrickou energii z elektrizační soustavy, včetně odpovědnosti za odchylku ve smyslu vyhlášky ERÚ č. 541/2005 Sb., o pravidlech trhu s elektřinou, zásadách tvorby cen za činnosti operátora trhu s elektřinou a provedení některých dalších ustanovení energetického zákona, ve znění pozdějších předpisů .
