Description

In 2013, the Munich Job Centre brings together all target groups from the central coaching and placement projects in a project called ‘Oktopus’.
Ideation: If there is an identified need for support, the Munich Job Centre’s integration specialist directs customers to the ‘Oktopus’ project. Access will only be made through the project office located in the entrance area. The entrance area is composed of at least one coach per target group and face-to-face project, another coach from the ‘Anamnese’ project and at least one representative of the Munich Job Centre. A detailed location will then be determined for up to 11 months by being assigned to a target group project with a basic single date per week (in approximately 10 % of cases, it is assumed that there will be 3 individual appointments). In the case of highly low-performing participants, the Anamnese project may be used to establish subjective and objective performance and personal and professional skills.
The target group projects may also involve customers from other target groups. In the event of the need for more intensive care, a number of additional individual face-to-face projects, including daily bookable, are available.
Proceedings; At the end of January 2013, the approximately 3-week deadline for the submission of tenders for the lots referred to in point (e) will start. The contracts will start on 1.5.2013. At this stage, the project office must be filled in the entrance area. Once the contract is awarded, Oktopus will be presented, inter alia, in the Social Citizens’ Houses of Munich. Sufficient time and human resources are to be planned for this purpose, and admissions and remuneration for the places in Oktopus will take place from 1 July 2013.
Conditions:
— Willingness to work constructively and in a targeted manner with all the institutions involved in the future to develop, implement and secure in a sustainable manner the best possible integration strategy for the individual participants.
— this includes the willingness to establish and maintain networks with all the institutions involved. This is particularly evident in the bodies under the leadership of the Job Centre (entry area, governing body).
— Availability of at least one entrance coach (location/home visit service)
— integrated participants continue to count as participants. Withdrawal takes place only after 6 months of continuous employment or the maximum duration of participation of 12 months (including location; exclusive periods of follow-up). Integrated participants will continue to be supported by a dedicated coach in the target group project (lots 2 to 7). Follow-up participants are not included in the quota of each lot.
— Oktopus is a learning construct and can be extended by tendering for further lots.
