Description

The contracting authority intends to implement the construction project ‘Adjustment of the areas around the Strašnická metro station’ (‘Project’ or ‘Building’), which consists in making adjustments to the areas around the Strašnická metro station and Starostrašnická street. The project aims to respect the approved construction programme as much as possible, to coordinate it with the intention of implementing the ‘Barrier-free Access to the Strašnická metro station’, which is currently in the study phase, and at the same time to fully preserve the newly reconstructed tram line. The subject of this public contract is the provision of design work and related engineering activities, including cooperation in the selection of the contractor Construction and supervision of the designer necessary for the successful implementation of the Construction. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts (stages), which will be implemented separately, in the following stages: Stage A – Adjustment of the surroundings of the Strašnická metro station and Stage B – Starostrašnická Street (hereinafter referred to separately as the ‘Stage’ or collectively as the ‘Stage’). The design works and engineering activities, which will be carried out separately for each stage, will be carried out following the document ‘Basic study on the adaptation of the areas around the Strašnická metro station’, which forms Annex 2 to these tender specifications, and the study ‘Barrier-free access to the Strašnická metro station’, which forms Annex 10 to these tender specifications. The tender documentation also includes annexes Geodetic survey and Dendrological survey from 2020, which are of an informative nature. The subject of the awarded public contract is the elaboration of project documentation separately for each Stage in the scope of: 1) Project documentation for building permit (project permit) (hereinafter referred to as "PDPS"); 2) Project documentation for the implementation of the construction (hereinafter referred to as "PDPS"), which will be used in the tender procedure for the selection of the contractor of the Construction under the Public Procurement Act, including the statement of area and item budget in details corresponding to the stage of implementation of the project documentation; The details of the performance and obligations of the selected contractor in connection with the preparation of PCA and PCA and related activities are set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications. The subject matter of the transaction is also, in connection with the PCA of the facility, all matters consisting in obtaining all permits, in particular, not only exclusively, (administrative) decisions, consents and (binding) opinions and consent opinions of the administrators of civil engineering networks necessary for submitting a proper (proper) application for the development consent and obtaining the final development consent of the project. The subject of performance is also the provision of assistance to the contracting authority in the implementation of other activities related to the implementation of the Building and the provision of assistance in the award of a public contract for the Contractor of the Building, including assistance in any preliminary market consultation, as well as other activities in connection with the selection of the Contractor of the Building within the subsequent procurement procedure, details of which are set out in Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
