Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of external telecommunication cabinets with equipment, intended for the installation of TETRA MTS4 base stations, 48VDC gyms and power support systems. 2. The subject of the contract consists of the following activities: -supply by the Contractor to the seat of the Ordering Party of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex 2 to the FTZ, -transfer of documentation (manual, technical and operational documentation) normally drawn up by the manufacturers of the Equipment and warranty cards to the delivered Equipment. Documentation drawn up in Polish is required, -providing a guarantee and providing a warranty service on the terms set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement. 3.The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
