The contract concerns the hiring of temporary staff with procurement and contract management expertise for the whole VU (peak, sick and projects) to accompany (European) calls for tenders in different specialties; supplies, services and works and the performance of contract management on concluded contracts. No exclusivity rights
The Framework Agreement does not grant exclusive rights to the successful tenderers. This means that if a mini-petition among the selected contractors does not result in obtaining a qualified candidate on time, the VU is entitled to decide to hire out outside the framework contract, without there being any default on the part of the VU and/or any level of compensation by the VU to the successful contractors.
