Description

le présent accord cadre a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'impression de papeterie (papiers à en-tête, enveloppes...) et de supports de communication (plaquettes, flyers, affiches, brochures...) pour les besoins de la Direction de la communication de la CMAR Paca.
Le présent accord cadre est passé selon la procédure formalisée (appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux dispositions des articles L 2124-1 et 2124-2 et R 2124-1 et R2124-2 et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Ccp).
Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire qui s'exécute par bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur financière défini par lot (Cf article 1.3 Rc)
Les prestations sont exécutées au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, en application des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
L'accord cadre est divisé en 3 lots.
La date prévisionnelle de début d'exécution des prestations est prévue au mois de septembre 2022
