1. Description of the subject of the contract
1.1. The subject matter of the contract shall include:
preparation of documentation for the implementation of the ‘Comprehensive programme for the integration of low-emission public transport networks in the Łódź metropolitan area, together with the purchase of rolling stock for the operation of the W-Z route and other communication lines and the modernisation of the tram depot in Łódź’, consisting of drawing up a feasibility study, a functional-use programme and a detailed technical description.
The subject matter of the contract shall consist of the following tasks:
Objective I
Preparation of a feasibility study with obtaining an environmental permit
Task II
Development of functional and utility programmes, together with concepts for the construction and reconstruction of tram lines, together with refurbishment of road systems and the necessary technical infrastructure in the streets:
(a) Section 1) ul. Nowocarbon from ul. Tramway to be incorporated in ul. Kopciński with the reconstruction of the viaduct into ul. Kopciński.
(b) Section 2) al. Śmigłego-Rydza on the section from ul. Przybyszewski (including crossing) to ul. Dąbrowski (without intersection).
(C) Section 3) ul. Przybyszewski on the section from ul. Kiliński (including crossing) to al. Śmigł-Rydza (without intersection).
(D) Section 4) Broniewski from al. Śmigł-Rydza (without the Broniewski roundabout) to ul. Rzgowska/Paderewski (including intersection) and reconstruction of the Kiliński loop – Dworzec Łódź-Chojny into a tram-bus loop (integration from the ŁKA).
(e) Section 5) Rzgowska on the section from ul. Dąbrowski (without intersection)
to ul. Broniewski (without intersection).
(F) Section 6) string of streets al. Śmigł – Rydza & Lower at charcoal. Dąbrowski
(without intersection) to ul. Silesia (with intersection) with tram loop.
Task III
Detailed technical description for the delivery of rolling stock to the operation of communication lines
Task IV
Development of the concept of management and functional utility programme
for the reconstruction and construction of facilities in the area of the Chocianowice depot and equipment.
The requested documentation is necessary for the preparation of the application for co-financing for the project entitled ‘Comprehensive programme for the integration of low-emission public transport networks in the Łódź metropolitan area, together with the purchase of rolling stock for the operation of the W-Z route and other communication lines and modernisation of tram depots in Łódź’ planned for implementation under the 2014-2020 Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme.
The purpose of the contract is to produce the documents necessary for conducting public procurement procedures for the implementation of investments consisting of
