Description

Auf dem Anwesen der Zentralen Abfallwirtschaft Kaiserslautern, Kapiteltal, nachstehend AG genannt, befinden sich Gebäude, die als Büro- oder Betriebsgebäude genutzt werden. Die ZAK ist als KRITIS Unternehmen registriert und hat Anforderungen an die KRITIS Verordnung zu erfüllen. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist die Unterhaltsreinigung. Der AG hat ca. 150 Mitarbeiter, welche am Standort beschäftigt sind. Darüber hinaus enthält die Ausschreibung auch die Grundreinigung, die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung der Fenster bzw. Fensterwände und Fenstertüren sowie die Reinigung der Innen- und Außenjalousien.
