Description

In the context of the application of the regulations on the Defense of the Forest Against Fire (DFCI) and more specifically on the Legal Obligations of Clearing (OLD), this call for tenders concerns the realization of brush clearing works around the departmental road network of the Alpes de Haute-Provence. The services will cover maintenance brush cutting work on sections already treated over the last 15 years (approximately 1/3 of the total annual surface area to be treated), initial work on new sections to be carried out (approximately 1/2 of the total annual surface area to be treated) and intermediate work on sections already carried out but requiring a new opening (approximately 1/6 of the total annual surface area to be treated). As the regulations currently stand, the services related to this consultation must comply with the provisions of Prefectural Order No. 2013-1473 of 4 July 2013. Changes in terms of hazard category, scope to be addressed and technical requirements may take place when a new prefectural order is issued, scheduled for the course of 2025.
