Description

5.1. The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting of:
‘Current maintenance, maintenance and repair of traffic lights and active signs located on national roads Nos 1, 52, 69, 81 and S69 located in the General Administration of the Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Katowice Rejon w Pszczyna’.
The scope of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Volumes II-III of the Specifications for the Significant Contract Terms. The contracting authority shall require that the tender cover the whole of the subject-matter of the contract.
The contract will be performed in accordance with Polish law, including in particular: construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1409, as amended), the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 121), by law of 29 January 2004. Public procurement law (Journal of Laws 2013, item 907 as amended).
