Description

For the newly built event hall in Waldbrunn, a preparation kitchen and a beverage serving will be delivered and assembled, which is a commercial set-up in two separate rooms on the same level. Firstly, in order to be able to produce a warm-up kitchen with the possibility to complete dishes and the possibility of small ones, and a beverage serving service.The equipment is made entirely of stainless steel. Each room has one rinsing system and one output area with the cooling facility. The contract will consist of one plug-in refrigerated cells and four refrigerators, one refrigerator and a freezer cabinet and a coffee brooder. In addition, the supply includes a cooker plant (sprayer, induction oven, fryer, frit pan, oven) as well as the corresponding stainless steel furniture, as well as two commercial rinsing situations consisting of feed and drain tables, each with a hood dishwasher.
