Description

The city of Rodalben intends to convert the vacant Johann-Peter-Frank-Schule, Schulstraße 20 in 66976 Rodalben, into a day care centre with a day care centre. The aim is to meet the current demand for KiTa sites, including the creation of various ancillary rooms. The current demand was determined with a total of about 65 places. A feasibility study was prepared in advance, which is part of the procurement documents. For details, reference is made to the feasibility study, stating that it does not claim to be exhaustive. The draft proposals contained therein are not binding and must therefore only be regarded as a proposal. The building is located in the center of Rodalben and has two full floors, an attic and a basement, which is free to the backyard. The kindergarten is barrier-free. Within the plot, an extension is used by the DRC and the municipal building yard. Consistent use of the DRC during construction work must be ensured for the parties. As part of the planning of the technical equipment, a complete renewal of the drinking water and sewage network as well as a completely renewed electrical installation is assumed. The components of the heating system shall be analysed for possible further use. In this context, the installation of a PV system must also be analysed for economic efficiency, permitting and eligibility. The building is a listed building.
