Description

As part of the infrastructure project ‘i2030 – More rail for Berlin and Brandenburg’, a sub-measure to expand and remove bottlenecks includes the extension of the Wartenberg S-Bahn line through the Karower Kreuz and further towards Schönfließ. With the new construction of the so-called public transport poles and the construction of additional access points, the northern urban and development areas are to be connected to the S-Bahn network. For this purpose, among other things, the construction of a tower station at the Karower Kreuz is planned in order to enable a changeover from east-west to north-south direction and vice versa. The subject of this award is the planning services for the planned 3 construction stages. The award is divided into 3 (partial) lots. The planning services to be awarded in BIM methodology mainly include the service descriptions of traffic facilities, property planning and structural planning for civil engineering structures and buildings, technical equipment and outdoor facilities as well as the special service specialist planning for technical route equipment. For the transport stations, the service phases 1 and 2 are to be offered as services to be transferred, the service phases 3, 4 and 6 as options.
