The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of long-term (36 months) rental of six brand new construction machines (target machines): 1) handling machine no 1, 2) handling machine no 2, 3) wheel loader no 1, 4) wheel loader no 2, 5) telescopic loader no 1, 6) telescopic loader no 2. The subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) delivery of a set of complete machines together with all necessary components, accessories and technical documentation, 2) assembly, commissioning and configuration of the machine at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 3) training of the Ordering Party's employees, 4) ensuring the continuity of the machine's operation through full service, inspection, repair and maintenance throughout the term of the contract.
