Description

The municipality currently uses a financial (ERP) system, which is at the end of its life cycle. The Municipality is looking for an (ERP) solution for its assignment, as an implementation partner (including management) and the change management process that goes with it. The design with the processes and the exceptions that we allow ourselves have the attention. The Municipality realizes that, with moving to a SAAS/Cloud configuration, there are fewer possibilities to deviate from the offered layout and wants as little customization as possible. The combination of the renewal wish and the commitment to standard software design creates a field of tension for the Municipality. The Municipality intends to replace the current processes within the ERP system with a smarter, more agile and high-quality solution that meets the ambition, objectives and requirements of the Municipality.
