Description

Das Studentenwerk Leipzig betreibt in der Mainzer Straße 2a in Leipzig ein 1996 erbautes Studentenwohnheim, bestehend aus 6 Wohngebäuden. Die TGA-Installation – insbesondere die Lüftung – muss teilweise erneuert werden. Das will der Auftraggeber nutzen, um ein effizientes Haustechnikkonzept umzusetzen. Die in der zweiten Verfahrensstufe für die Vergabeverhandlung ausgewählten Büros sollen eine Arbeitsaufgabe lösen und ein solches Haustechnikkonzept entwickeln. Dafür wird ein Honorar von netto 3 000,00 EUR je Teilnehmer gezahlt, das im Auftragsfall mit dem Gesamthonorar verrechnet wird.
Die Sanierung erfolgt in 2 Bauabschnitten im unbewohnten Zustand. Der 1. BA umfasst die Häuser 4-6, die Bauausführung soll im Zeitraum 1.10.21 bis 31.5.22 erfolgen. Nach dem Umzug und Freiräumen werden die Arbeiten im 2. BA (Häuser 2+3) im Zeitraum 1.6.22 bis 31.12.22 fortgeführt.
