Description

The Pfälzische Pensionsanstalt (ppa) is a public corporation based in Bad Dürkheim, Rhineland-Palatinate. On their property, Sonnenwendstraße 2 in 67098 Bad Dürkheim, three office building complexes of different ages are managed and managed. Building A is no longer in use in its entirety and must be allocated a new use (as a rental property). In the course of these conversion measures, no major interventions are made in the existing building structure, since the floor plan structure, the arrangement of the rooms and their size correspond to the ideas of the future tenant. As a result, the construction measure must be assessed with an average degree of difficulty. The office building ‘B’, built in 1975, is currently under ppa’s own use.
