The subject of the sub-contracts awarded in the established Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) will be the purchase and supply of food, beverages and related products normally available on the market, in accordance with the relevant legislative and hygiene rules applicable in the territory of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No 152/1995 on foodstuffs, as amended, as well as the Food Code of the Slovak Republic. The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply of goods and related services, including services relating to transport to the place of supply by the means of transport of the supplier and the unloading of the goods to the warehouse at the place of destination.
