Purpose of the contract: Hospital insurance and outpatient medical care. The services covered by this contract are insurance services. Only insurance companies practising the subscribed branch may participate in the market. Applications from insurance brokers and consultants will not be considered. Division into lots: Each lot will be covered by a separate insurance contract. Candidates may apply for one lot, or for all lots. Lot 1: Hospital insurance Compulsory formula for staff, optional for family and inactive/pensioners. The bonuses for staff and family are paid by the OTW to the tenderer. Basic offer: annual deductible of € 50.00 per person. Lot 1 will be the subject of a required variant (see special specifications): Assuming an annual deductible of €100.00 per person. Lot 2: Outpatient medical care insurance Basic offer: Compulsory for staff and optional for family. The bonuses for staff and family are paid by the OTW to the tenderer. Outpatient medical care is broadly defined and includes dental care, optical care and other outpatient care (medical and paramedical fees, medical tests, prescribed drugs, etc.). Lot 2 will be the subject of a variant required: Optional formula for all insured persons. The premiums are invoiced directly by the tenderer to the insured persons. Duration of the contract (valid for each lot): Contracts shall start on 1 January 2025 at 00:00. Basic 2-year market. Extensions: - Extension No 1 for a period of 2 years.
