Description

Udbuddet omfatter en helhedsplan for Sønderpark med støtte fra Landsbyggefonden. Planen omfatter renovering af samtlige otte boligblokke med etablering af nye murede facader og nye vinduer og døre. Dertil kommer etablering af ny pælefundering af nye facader og etablering af nyt dræn samt renovering af kloakker.
Alle altaner renoveres og inddækkes, og alle tage skal renoveres med ny tagbeklædning. Dertil kommer opgradering af udearealer, etablering af nye haver ved stueetagen samt ændring af belægninger på ankomstarealer.
De indvendige arbejder omfatter renovering af samtlige badeværelser og udskiftning af vand- og afløbsinstallation samt etablering af nye ventilationsanlæg med balanceret luftskifte.
