Description

The measure "Siemens Railway Alliance" will be implemented as a partnership model for rail. The selection of alliance partners takes place in 5 time-delayed procurement procedures in the following procurement packages: Award package 1 planning, award package 2 KIB new construction, award package 3 KIB repair, award package 4 rectifier substations (in this case) and award package 5 transport facilities. The award package 4 includes the production of all rectifier substations of the Siemensbahn projects. The award package 4 is also responsible for the preparation of the execution planning of the components of the substations. In addition, this award package involves the provision, maintenance, operation and repair of all machines, equipment, plants, materials necessary for the performance of the service to a sufficient extent and appropriate personnel. The performance target of the VP4 includes all structural services as well as the required work and assembly planning, which are or will be necessary for the successful realization of the project and are not included in the performance target of VP1, VP2, VP3 and VP5.
