Description

The subject of this consultation is the renovation and improvement of three boiler rooms in three establishments belonging to the Centre d’Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris, namely:
— lot 1: renovation of the heating room of the Saint-Sauveur services, located at 8/10 rue Saint-Sauveur – 75002 Paris, FRANCE,
— lot 2: renovation of the boiler room in the section of the 18th arrondissement, located at 115 bis rue Ordener – 75018 Paris, FRANCE,
— lot 3: renovation of the EHPAD boiler room on Cèdre Bleu, located at 1 rue GIRAUDON – 95200 Sarcelles, FRANCE.
This contract provides for three separate and mandatory options for Lot 3:
— option 1: the safety of the roof terrace of building G to receive solar collectors (installation of bodyguards),
— option 2: insulation of the Chaude Sanitaire water loop pipes throughout the building,
— option 3: installation of a dynamic condenser on the boiler exhaust tank.
The works will be carried out at occupied sites.
