Dată fiind evidența impactului transformării digitale asupra societății în general și în particular asupra sistemelor de educatie si formare, trebuie facute progrese accelerate privind utilizarea pe scară largă a dispozitivelor și aplicațiilor digitale și este necesară creștearea competențelor în materie digitală a angajaților și a studenților. De asemenea, pandemia globală din ultimii ani a reconfigurat sistemul de predare de la interacțiunea față în față la mediul on-line, astfel predarea și tehnologia trebuie considerate un întreg, în beneficiul educației digitale. Aceste transformări genereaza inlocuirea echipamentelor de hardware uzate moral sau defecte si dotarea spatiilor nou create cu echipamente de ultima generatie care sa satisfaca nevoia de accelerare digitala in sistemul nostru de invatamant superior.
