Description

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the provision of residential social rehabilitation services by an external provider of social services in the premises of a residential social rehabilitation centre owned by the contracting authority. The subject of performance will be carried out in accordance with Section 70 of Act No 108/2006 on social services, as amended, and Decree No 505/2006 implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended. The target group is people with mental or combined disabilities (physical, mental) who do not have experience with life outside their own or substitute family, or outside school or other similar institution for the performance of institutional education, social, health or other institution, or their unfavourable social situation is associated with the absence of suitable housing, and need to acquire the experience, knowledge and skills necessary for the maximum possible independent life, within the residential form of service, with an emphasis on the area of housing. The facility of the social rehabilitation service has a capacity of 6 beds in 2 households. The staff capacity of the service is 6 hours of direct work workers, specifically performing professional activities in social services pursuant to Section 115(1) of the Social Security Code. The aim of the social rehabilitation service, i.e. public procurement, is to develop the social competences of the users of the service necessary for the most independent everyday life, especially in the area of household care, financial management, orientation in the external environment, handling personal matters, organization and leisure time, development of competences necessary for employment on the labour market. The impact of the service should be that the users of the service can benefit from the free housing market (with the possible support of independent housing support services or other outreach services) or receive support from sheltered housing services with the lowest possible level of support. The expected impact of the service is also the highest possible involvement of service users in the protected or open labour market. The outcome of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a social service contract and a rental contract with one selected supplier, which will ensure the availability of a predefined service under defined financing conditions.
