The PAYING AND INTERVENTION AGENCY FOR AGRICULTURE launches this open tender for the purchase of 36 pieces of pure electric vehicles, powered by an electric motor with energy supplied by rechargeable batteries, powered by an external source of electricity, classified as zero-emission vehicles, with the financing source of the eco-label in the amount of RON 120,000/new car, granted according to the Financing Guide for the Programme on the Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Transport, by promoting clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles 2020-2024, approved by Order No 323/2020 of the Minister for the Environment, Water and Forestry, as amended. The contracting authority will conclude a contract for the supply of pure electric vehicles with exclusive financing by accessing the Programme on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in transport, by promoting clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles 2020-2024, generically called RABLA PLUS. The contracting authority purchases pure electric vehicles only with RABLA PLUS ecolabels, and there is no possibility of supplementing the purchase from the State budget. In the event that this purchase cannot be made exclusively with funding from RABLA PLUS ecolabels, the purchase will be CANCELLED. The technical requirements and specifications of the products to be delivered are detailed in the Tender Specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 8 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 6th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, by consolidated reply to be posted in SEAP.
