Description

The purpose of these specifications is to define the work to be carried out by the company awarded the contract to provide the operation, maintenance and conservation services of the El Hierro Hydroelectric Power Plant (hereafter CHE), owned by Gorona del Viento El Hierro, S.A. (hereafter GORONA). The contracted services must include mainly: Operation: operation and supervision in person 24 hours a day, 365/6 days a year of the operating parameters of the CHE. The operation must be carried out at all times in accordance with the regulations applicable to the electrical system and with the operating procedures established by Red Eléctrica de España, in its capacity as system operator. The AWARDER will be responsible for knowing, applying and complying with the operating procedures that are applicable to the HEH, as well as the operating instructions that, where appropriate, are issued by the system operator. Failure to comply with these procedures that is attributable to the AWARDER will be considered a breach of contractual obligations, without prejudice to the responsibilities that may arise under the applicable regulations. Maintenance and maintenance: includes all activities and actions aimed at keeping facilities and equipment in normal operating condition. It includes preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, as well as the set-up of the different equipment and / or systems after each and every one of the interventions.
