Description

Preparation of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program (design documentation, including land development, architectural-construction and technical design) for the construction of: water supply network with connections in Janikowo as part of the investment task: 3-07-19-020-1 – Swarzędz – water supply network at ul. Jet in Janikowo, together with obtaining a final building permit decision (‘AQUANET’ S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains up to the Contractor's decision) and performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of construction works until the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for these works. Detailed Description of the subject of the Order is attached as Annex 9 to the FTZ.
