Description

The subject-matter of the contract is car repair and maintenance services in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract contained in the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 2 to the VMS, the tender form – Annex 1 to the VMS and the price form – Annex 3a/b/c to the VMS. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner in which the contract is to be performed include the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes). In accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in respect of each of the lots into which this contract has been divided, in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract annexed to the SWZ. Optional right – provision of car repair and maintenance services at the request of the customer, at the unit prices specified in the price form within the term of the contract. The Ordering Party stipulates that services covered by the right of option must be provided under the conditions specified for the basic contract. In the price form, the contracting authority specified the basic level of the contract, which may be extended by increasing the number of services to the maximum quantity specified in the above-mentioned form in the column ‘Optional contract’. Quantities of services provided for individual parts are specified in the price form (Annex 3a/b/c to the SWZ).
