Description

The Free State of Saxony intends to re-acquire the Land Office for Road Construction and Transport (LASuV), which is to be set up. The Office’s headquarters will be set up with administrative, management and planning and construction departments. There will be 295 workstations with a usable area (NF) of approximately 4.816 m² for approximately 38 official vehicles.
For the intended accommodation, an existing building with new construction and, alternatively, a new building variant is currently being examined. Approximately EUR 15000000 is available for the entire construction project, including planning and other associated costs.
