Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for the Laboratory of Cytometry Laboratory of Hematology UCK, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4A and No. 4B to the SWZ, respectively. 2. The Ordering Party accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders under two Packages. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Packages. 3. If terms indicating the type, standard, trade marks or origin of the subject-matter of the contract are used in the documentation relating to the procedure in question, they must be read together with the words ‘or equivalent’. Own names are exemplary, determine the class of the product and serve to determine the standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. When offering an object equivalent to that described in the specification, the Contractor is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, overall and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicated by the Contracting Authority. The burden of proving that the offered articles are equivalent to the requirements specified by the Ordering Party lies with the offeror.
