Market research on driving school education for the Danish Defence and Home Guard
The Ministry of Defence The Danish Materials and Purchasing Agency (FMI) is preparing a tender for driving school education for the Danish Defence and the Home Guard with the associated use of driving technical facilities. FMI intends to offer a contract/outsourcing for the provision of driving school education. FMI needs driving school education for the following driving licence types: A, B, B/E, C, C/E and D. Driving school education will consist of compressed training courses, where the training time must follow what is stated by the Defence as expected will be between 2 and 3 weeks. For details on the acquisition, please refer to the attached Request for Information (RFI). As part of the preparation, FMI wishes to obtain market information from the relevant companies in the industry. The information will make a significant contribution to the organisation of the overall procurement process and structure, and will be specifically used in the preparation of the tender documents. On this basis, FMI has prepared a number of questions in the attached RFI within the areas that FMI wants to know about. The purpose of obtaining the information in this market survey is thus to identify capacity, security of supply and how best to structure/divide the tender and the contractual basis so that FMI can receive the most competitive offers and enter into commercially attractive agreements for both FMI and its future suppliers. Suppliers who wish to answer FMI's questionnaire (RFI) must first log in to Digital Tender. Suppliers without login must register online before they can continue. A guide for suppliers can be found here: https://eu.eu-supply.com/img/brandings/ka_quickguide.pdf. Log in to the system and click on ‘Accept’. By accepting, under "Documents" you will have access to the reply template with FMI's questions, you will receive notifications and will be able to upload the completed reply template. Please upload the reply template via Digital Tender by 14 October 2026, 13:00. Questions about the prior information notice or the questions prepared by FMI etc. should also be asked at Digital Procurement, cf. the link in the section "communication". FMI invites the market to answer the questions and attach any additional information, product presentations and/or catalogues that the supplier may find relevant in connection with this market dialogue. After receiving responses from the market on the RFI, FMI may follow up on the response by contacting suppliers or by holding meetings if FMI considers there is a need for this. FMI stresses that it will not affect your participation in any future tender if you choose not to participate or only partially fill in the RFI.
