Description

Global maintenance contract launched on the basis of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities, entrusting the future contractor with the task of designing, implementing, upgrading, energy management, operation, maintenance and renewal of the works and installations located in the territory of the town of Marsannay-la-Côte and related to street lighting and festive illumination.
The Contractor shall assume the contracting authority for the works to be carried out.
The contract holder will have to meet the performance targets set out in the functional needs programme. Given the complexity of the project, a dialogue phase will be used, initiated on the basis of a single proposal submitted by the applicants, at the end of which the proposals which best meet the criteria laid down in the rules of procedure for consultation will be selected.
The subject of the contract will be:
— works for the reconstruction of streetlighting installations and the construction of heritage facilities,
— the renewal of all or part of the works initially constructed over the term of the contract,
— festive illuminations,
— energy management of all installations,
— maintenance of the results of all existing or created installations (street lighting, heritage enhancement and Christmas lighting).
