Description

The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of a warehouse management system (WMS) and related maintenance and support services as well as development services. Leijona Catering Oy (hereinafter the Client) will select one (1) supplier, who will be responsible for the implementation, installation, maintenance and development of the system. The maintenance service includes WMS maintenance, error and disruption management, user support, security and version updates, integration support, expert and development work, continuity and recovery support, as well as service coordination and reporting support throughout the duration of the contract. The warehouse management system will work in the Customer's own IT environment ("on-premise"). The supplier's employees responsible for maintaining the warehouse management system must be security cleared. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the related requirements are described in the annexes to the invitation to tender.
