The subject of the public contract is additional works and supplies that were not the subject of the work in the Contract for Work of 8. 7. 2024, as amended by their Appendices Nos 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which the contracting authority entered into with the contractor (‘the previous contractor’) for the implementation of the action ‘Construction of a central warehouse of SZM, MTZ and archivu_1.Etapa’, the need for which arose as a result of circumstances which the contracting authority, acting with due diligence, could not foresee and on the basis of newly established facts, the additional works and supplies being necessary for the execution of the original work.
