Iarnród Éireann currently has an existing Qualification System (QS) in place for building works which expires in April 2025. It is proposed to establish a 5-year qualification system (until April 2030) with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years (until April 2032) for the following lots: • Lot 1: Building Works up to €1M (Non-Heritage related) • Lot 2: Building Works up to €1M (Heritage related) • Lot 3: Building Works greater than €1M (Non-Heritage related) • Lot 4: Building Works greater than €1M (Heritage related)
