Description

The scope of the works for which copyright supervision will be carried out is in accordance with the approved investment project. The author of the service is required – the presence of a designer at the site is imperative in respect of:
— exercise of copyright supervision during construction (until the site is put into service),
— drawing up and signing the mandatory protocols and acts during construction and, in the case of establishment of correct implementation of the investment project, certificates issued at the invitation of the contracting authority and/or other party to the works;
monitoring the execution of the works during the entire period of execution of the construction and installation works in order to ensure that the project which it has drawn up for each work is properly respected by all the parties to the construction,
— agreeing changes (if necessary) to the project documentation at the request of the contracting authority at the proposal of the person exercising independent construction.....
