Description

The operation concerns the in situ rehabilitation of the three existing ALSH buildings identified as outstanding heritage under the PLU of the city of GUjan-Mestras as well as the construction of a new building. The complex is located on a plot of 12,390 m2 partially located in an area identified as a flood and submersion risk. The operation takes place on an occupied site and will be the subject of several phases of work. The useful surface area of the buildings to be rehabilitated is approximately 550 m2. The useful surface area of the new building to be built is approximately 1,050 m2.
