Description

Der Neubau des Ärztehauses beinhaltet die Errichtung von 5 Vollgeschossen und einer Teilunterkellerung sowie die Errichtung einer Lüftungszentrale auf dem Dach. Der Neubau hat eine Grundfläche von 48,54 x 19,70 m und eine Attikahöhe von 19,68 m über OK Gelände. In 2 Stahlbetonkernen sind Aufzugsschächte herzustellen sowie Treppenläufe und Podeste, z. T. in Fertigteilbauweise einzubringen. Hier erfolgt die vertikale Erschließung des Gebäudes. Neben den Arztpraxen auf den einzelnen Geschossen ist in der obersten Ebene ein ambulantes OP-Zentrum geplant. Das Ärztehaus ergänzt das Angebot des Klinikneubaus am Eichert für die Alb Fils Kliniken.
Es sind Zementestricharbeiten auf Trittschalldämmschicht in den Vollgeschossen inkl. Untergeschoss sowie bei den Treppenpodesten auszuführen. In der Lüftungs-zentrale auf der letzten Betondecke ist ebenfalls ein Zementestrich einzubringen.
