Conclusion of a supply contract "Point of connection, fully equipped, in the concrete envelope, with integration into the existing electrical scheme of TM", in accordance with the specifications, respecting the parameters contained in the attached datasheets. Following the beneficiary’s request, in Supporting Note No 6437/02.09.2026 and in accordance with Article 74(3) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority establishes for this procedure a reduced period for the submission of tenders (15 days after publication of the contract notice) The number of days up to which clarifications may be requested before the submission deadline is 8 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications no later than 4 days before the submission deadline.
