Description

The purpose of the contract is to entrust a service provider with the development and supply of the wheel mechanism for the Venspec-U project on board the ENVISION mission in accordance with the requirements set out in STS No 24202. The estimated value excluding VAT indicated in Article 1.3 of CASC No 24201 is the maximum amount that the CNRS may order under the framework agreement. The maximum amount does not commit the CNRS. No compensation will be paid to the holder if the maximum amount of the framework agreement is not reached.
