Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract for the basic contract is: 1) Making the System available to the Ordering Party for use on-line via the Internet to the extent specified in Annex 1 to the Agreement – Description of the Subject of the Order in specific Access Pools. 2) Granting the Ordering Party a license to use the System in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of Annex 1 to the Agreement – Description of the subject of the Order; 3) Providing the administrator panel; 4) Training administrators in the operation of the System; 5) Providing electronic training on the basic operation of the System; 6) Providing reports monitoring the use of the system by End Users; 7) Provision of System maintenance services in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party, in the implementation of this contract, may exercise the right of option, which includes: 1) granting accesses in the indicated amount within the additional Access Pool for a calendar month with the possibility of extension no longer than until 31.12.2029; 2) ordering the Question Pool in the quantity specified in Annex 1 to the Agreement – OPZ – applies only to Lot 2;3) execution of the basic Subject of the Agreement in the next maximum period of 36 months (activated in three options of 12 months each) counted from the date of completion of the basic order no longer than until 31.12.2029.
