Description

This consultation concerns the extension and construction of schools on the Champlong site, located at 42 route de Saint-Romain in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or. The project consists of building a nursery school of 7 classes and extracurricular premises, as well as an extension of 4 classes and extracurricular premises for the existing elementary school. Work on: - the partial energy rehabilitation of the existing elementary school with the change of certain joinery, the installation of sunshades and air-brewers as well as the change of certain technical terminals - the de-waterproofing of the existing elementary courtyard and the creation of a connecting shade with the extensions - the rehabilitation of the elementary restaurant and central kitchen (production of 490 meals, consumption of 320 meals on site, export of 170 meals to the nursery restaurant) - the construction of a nursery school with its restaurant (170 meals) - the construction of an after-school building - the construction of a multi-activity room. The work on lots 1 and 2 was carried out in the summer of 2024. These were mainly demolition and asbestos removal works and then earthworks of platforms under future buildings and realization of Berliners for land support.
