The object of the acquisition was the management of the ice fields of the City of Joensuu in the eastern area of Joensuu for the period 1.12.2025 - 31.10.2027 + one (1) year option. It was a partial reopening. The services will be available to the City of Joensuu. The acquisition did not concern other machinery services to be tendered separately, such as the removal of sand from street green areas. The service must comply with the directly binding acts of the European Union, the laws and regulations of Finland and the regulations issued by the authorities.
