Für das nachfolgend beschriebene Bauvorhaben wurden Bodenbelagsarbeiten Kautschuk ausgeschrieben,
Der Forschungsverbund Berlin e.V. beabsichtigt den Neubau eines „Wissenschaftsgebäudes Biodiversität“ für
die Freie Universität Berlin (FU) und das Leibniz-Institut für Gewässerökologie und Binnenfischerei (IGB).
Der Neubau wird auf dem Gelände der FU Berlin am Standort Königin-Luise-Straße 28-30 im Ortsteil Dahlem
errichtet.
Das Baugrundstück mit einer Gesamtfläche von 3.210 qm.Das Baugrundstück ist Bestandteil eines heterogen
bebauten dreieckigen Blocks, der durch die Königin-Luise-Straße im Norden, der Arnimallee im Süden und dem
Hechtgraben im Westen begrenzt wird.
