SZP/243-191/2026 Provision of maintenance and maintenance services of fire safety systems for Wrocław University of Technology task 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and maintenance services for fire safety systems for the Wrocław University of Technology – in facilities located in Wrocław, Jelenia Góra and Szklarska Poreba. Under the concept of service, the Ordering Party understands the diagnosis of errors and failures, as well as carrying out repairs and additional works. Scope according to Annex 2. 2. A detailed summary of the value of the tender shall be included by the Contractor in the spreadsheet set out in Annex 3.1 to the FTZ for Task 1 and 3.2 to the FTZ for Task 2. 3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject-matter of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is contained in the model contract, which is Annex 2 to the FTZ. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the service work be performed by two persons with the relevant rights referred to in the FTZ. 5. The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of the contract. The subject-matter of the contract must be complete and must correspond to the content of the specifications. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party. The content of the Offer must comply with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the procurement documents. 6. The Employer has the right to control the performance of the activities of the Contractor's employees. 7. Contractors may apply for the award of the contract if they meet the conditions relating to: 7.1 the economic or financial situation of the Ordering Party makes a condition in the above scope. 7.1.1. The Contracting Authority will consider the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor proves that he has insurance against civil liability related to the subject of the contract, in the amount of at least PLN 150 000.00 gross – for Task No 1; PLN 400 000.00 gross – for Task No 2. 7.2. the technical or professional capacity of the Ordering Party imposes a condition in the above scope: The Contracting Authority will consider the condition in point 7.2 to be met if the Contractor demonstrates that: 7.2.1 has duly completed in the last 3 (three) years before the deadline for submission of tenders (and if the period of operation is shorter - during this period) at least one comprehensive service, i.e. including periodic inspections and emergency service, for one contracting authority (entity), which concerned a minimum of 7 independent construction works, and each of these works was equipped with all of the following systems: fire alarm, smoke extraction, audible warning system, and during the service performed the replacement of inspection holes providing access to sensors in the interstellar space. Note: A minimum of one implementation is required regardless of the number of tasks for which the offer is submitted; 7.2.2 has persons assigned to perform this contract: at least one person holding at the same time building qualifications in the installation specialty in the field of electrical and electrical installations and equipment and the CNBOP (Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection - National Research Institute) or equivalent in the field of maintenance of fire alarm systems and audible fire alarm systems; at least two persons qualified/certified by the CNBOP (Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection - National Research Institute) or equivalent for the maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems; at least two persons authorised to maintain audible warning systems. Note: The requirement is the same regardless of the number of tasks for which the offer is made. The contracting authority expects one person to be entitled to (a), (b) and (c) at the same time.
