Wastewater treatment plant Ingelheim, new workshop and social building, extended raw and extension (construction lot)
On the site of the sewage treatment plant Untere Selz in Ingelheim (districts 60 and 135/3, hall number 10, district number 073583, district Nieder-Ingelheim) there is currently an operating building in which there is a laboratory, several sanitary and changing rooms, offices, a common room and the control room. South of the company building there is also a locksmith's workshop with a separate welding workstation and a small hazardous materials warehouse. Since the area of the current buildings is no longer sufficient and they are partly in need of renovation, a new workshop and social building is to be built. By relocating different workstations to the new building, the existing company building can be partially reused. There, for example, more space is created for offices and the control room. The existing workshop building can be partially dismantled with the construction of the new workshop and social building in order to increase the traffic area there. By increasing the traffic area, the external delivery of wastewater can be simplified, as more space is available for manoeuvring.
