The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’), covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of nursery wood, meadow and agricultural management and maintenance of forest infrastructure to be carried out in the Chojnów Forest District in 2026.The detailed scope of work is included in the procurement documents (Contract Specifications and Annexes).
