Description

The purpose of the consultation is the provision and service of sound, lighting and video for municipal events in Petite-Île. For each lot, it is a framework agreement with order forms with a single economic operator in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1° and R2162-1 et seq. of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement will be executed as and when order forms are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Duration of the Framework Agreement: For each lot, the framework agreement shall be concluded for a firm period from 1 January 2026, or from its date of notification, whichever is later, to 31 December 2026. The Framework Agreement is tacitly renewable three times for a period of one year, i.e. for a maximum period of up to 31/12/2029.
