Description

LSJH is implementing new construction projects in the Topinpuisto area with a high focus on sustainability and responsible construction. The buildings will be ready for use by spring 2028 at the latest and will support the region's transition towards a circular economy. A more detailed description of the construction sites can be found on the return form. The aim is to inquire in advance about interest in the implementation and conditions of the construction contracts of Topinpuisto Circular Economy Centre. This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but an invitation to a market dialogue. The request for information does not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the procurement. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary and respondents are not bound by the answers provided. In addition, participation is not a condition for later participation in the actual call for tenders. Similarly, the information provided on the project and future tendering at this stage is preliminary. All responses to a request for information shall be treated confidentially and the contracting entity shall not make public any responses or related documents received in connection with the request for information. Where the undertaking responding to the request for information provides confidential business secrets as an annex to its reply, such information shall be provided in a separate annex and the confidential annexes shall be separated by the indication ‘Confidential’. We invite companies in the sector interested in future works to engage in a dialogue with us and to consult the feedback form for this market dialogue, which describes the instructions for participation in more detail. The completed feedback form is requested to be submitted by 27 October 2025 at 12 noon primarily through the Offering Service. If necessary, replies can also be sent by e-mail to mira.jarvinen@lsjh.fi. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
